Florencia Martin is a Los Angeles native. She is the production designer on Paul Thomas Anderson’s Licorice Pizza (starring Cooper Hoffman & Alana Haim) , Damien Chazelle’s Babylon (starring Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie) and Andrew Dominik’s Blonde (starring Ana de Armas).

Ms. Martin’s work as a set decorator includes such films as Jordan Peele’s Us, Cathy Yan’s Birds of Prey, and Kenneth Lonergan’s Oscar -winning Manchester by the Sea; she shared Art Directors Guild Award nominations with the design teams from all three of those movies.

Florencia Martin received an Oscar nomination for her production design work on Babylon. She has twice been nominated for an Emmy Award, as set decorator on David Lynch’s 2017 Twin Peaks and on the limited series Feud: Bette and Joan. Her commercial and music clients have included Apple, Beats, Adidas, and the music group Haim.

Her early training was in theatrical stage design, which she continues to draw on today for her feature film work while focusing on the characters to develop rich visual environments anchored in the narrative.
