What our members say

Mara LePere-Schloop
Harry Potter TV Series, Interview With The Vampire TV Series
The PDC has restructured how I think about the craft and my place in it. By opening up communication between designers I’ve been granted dynamic perspective about the profession; it has opened my eyes to so many different ways of approaching a design task or management obstacle and it has normalized the struggle of being a designer in a way that is comforting. We are all in the same boat.
Christian Goldbeck
All is Quiet on the Western Front
Through the PDC, there’s this ongoing, open exchange – across borders, styles, generations. It’s a place where people generously share not just their craft, but also their challenges, their questions, their doubts. I especially appreciate how non-hierarchical it feels. Whether you’re just starting out or have been working for years, your voice is welcome. That kind of culture isn’t easy to build, and I think it reflects a genuine commitment to collaboration and curiosity.
Estefanía Larraín
Neruda, A Fantastic Woman
Beth Mickle
Superman, The Suicide Squad
Being able to reach out and communicate directly with our PD peers is such a joy and privilege, and it’s a connection that wasn’t easily found before the PDC. Being connected with other designers helps us share resources, ideas, and experiences, and this has offered a sense of community and support that our profession hasn’t had before. It’s enriched this profession in immeasurable ways.
