Elwir Poli is a French production designer and set decorator who works on features and television series. After studying film at the University of Strasbourg, she owned a vintage design store focusing on furniture and objects from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. After years under a production designer mentorship, she later became a set decorator. For over ten years, sensitive to the artistic and technical challenges of a production, she has been attentive to the wishes expressed by her creative partners. The foundation of her practice is based on immersive spaces - not only does her approach explore how set design can become a powerful narrative tool, but also contribute to create an environment that is both honest and ambitious. Since 2025, she offers Master classes on the fundamentals of production design at the TNS (National Theater of Strasbourg)
